Cookie Policy

What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website or use a web app. WinBuddy ("we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies to keep your experience joyful, secure, and personalized — remembering your login session, your preferred game, and your Buddy settings so you don't have to re-enter them every time.
Types of Cookies We Use
Essential cookies keep the app running — they maintain your login session and protect your account. Preference cookies remember your chosen game, display settings, and Buddy personality options. Analytics cookies help us understand which features buddies love most so we can make WinBuddy even more magical. We do not use cookies to track you across third-party websites or to deliver targeted advertising.
Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies may be set by third-party services we use, such as hosting, analytics, and optional payment providers (CashApp, PayPal, or Stripe) when you choose to send a thank-you donation. These providers have their own cookie and privacy policies governing how they use cookies on their platforms.
Managing & Disabling Cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling essential cookies may affect your ability to log in and use certain features of WinBuddy. Disabling preference or analytics cookies will not prevent you from using the core prediction, Magic Bin, and Number Lab features. Most browsers let you refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent.
Cookie Retention
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them. We keep persistent cookies only as long as needed to provide the features they support.
Louisiana Law & This Policy
This Cookie Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. WinBuddy is operated as a Louisiana-based service. We may update this policy from time to time, and we will post any changes here with a revised "Last updated" date.
