Right to Refuse Service
Last updated: September 2026
Our Right to Refuse Service
WinBuddy ("we", "us", or "our") reserves the right to refuse service to any user, at any time, with or without cause, and at our sole discretion. This right applies to account creation, continued use of the app, and access to any individual feature — including the Magic Train, Number Lab, Magic Bin, Winners Party, and Honor Drop system.
Reasons We May Refuse Service
We may refuse or terminate service if a user: (1) is under 18 years of age; (2) provides false, misleading, or fraudulent information; (3) violates our Terms & Conditions, EULA, or Acceptable Use policies; (4) abuses the prediction or pick features through automated scripts, bots, or excessive requests; (5) scrapes, republishes, or misuses our content; (6) engages in harassment, hate speech, or harmful behavior toward other buddies; (7) attempts to circumvent daily pick limits or account restrictions; or (8) uses the app for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
Refusal at Registration
We may decline to create an account for any reason, including if the email address is associated with prior violations, if the user is located in a jurisdiction where we cannot lawfully provide the service, or if we have other reasonable grounds to believe the account would be used in violation of our policies.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend (temporarily restrict) or terminate (permanently revoke) access to WinBuddy at any time. Suspension may occur while we investigate a potential violation. Termination results in the loss of access to your account, saved picks, and submitted content. We are not obligated to provide advance notice of suspension or termination, though we will make reasonable efforts to do so when appropriate.
No Refund Obligation
WinBuddy is 100% free — no fees, no subscriptions, no in-app purchases. Because no payment is required to use the app, there is no refund obligation when service is refused or terminated. Optional thank-you donations (Honor Drops) are voluntary gestures of gratitude and are not tied to service access or any guaranteed outcome.
Appeal Process
If your account has been suspended or terminated and you believe this was done in error, you may appeal by contacting us at sweetreceiptapp@gmail.com with a description of the situation. We will review your appeal and respond within a reasonable time. Our decision on appeals is final.
Louisiana Law & This Policy
This Right to Refuse Service policy is governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. WinBuddy is operated as a Louisiana-based service. We may update this policy from time to time, and we will post any changes here with a revised "Last updated" date.
