WinBuddy is a fun, magical companion for lottery play. All predictions, picks, analytics, and Buddy messages are provided for entertainment purposes only and do not guarantee any lottery outcome. WinBuddy does not sell lottery tickets, process wagers, or guarantee winnings. Always play responsibly and within your means.
Free to Use
WinBuddy is 100% free. There are no fees, subscriptions, or paywalls to use the app's prediction tools, Magic Bin, Number Lab, or Winners Party. Optional thank-you donations are voluntary gestures of gratitude and never affect app functionality, features, or lottery results.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account and login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to use WinBuddy kindly and lawfully, to provide accurate information, and not to misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it. You must be at least 18 years old to use WinBuddy.
Thank-You Donations (Honor Drops)
Thank-you donations (sometimes called Honor Drops) are completely optional. They are not payments for predictions and do not influence results, rankings, or app features. Any donation you choose to send is processed by the third-party provider you select (such as CashApp, PayPal, or Stripe) and is subject to that provider's terms. Donations are generally non-refundable except as required by law or the provider's policy.
Testimonials & User Content
When you submit a testimonial, win story, comment, or other content, you grant WinBuddy permission to display that content within the app. You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate and does not infringe the rights of others. WinBuddy may remove content that is inappropriate, unlawful, or off-brand at its discretion.
Limitations & Disclaimers
WinBuddy is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any prediction will result in a win. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WinBuddy is not liable for lottery outcomes, financial decisions, or any damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms over time. We will keep them joyful and fair, and post any changes here with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of WinBuddy after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. WinBuddy is operated as a Louisiana-based service. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be handled in accordance with Louisiana law.
