Automatically collected information includes basic usage data, device type, and IP address, which help us keep the app joyful, reliable, and secure.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to power your Magic Bin, Number Lab, Winners Party, Honor Drop, and testimonial experiences; to personalize Buddy's personality and encouragement; to process optional thank-you donations you choose to send; to respond to support requests; and to improve and maintain the app. We do not use your information to predict or guarantee lottery outcomes, and we never sell your personal data.
Sharing & Third Parties
WinBuddy does not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only as needed to provide the service: optional thank-you donations are handled by the third-party payment providers you select (such as CashApp, PayPal, or Stripe), each governed by their own privacy policies. You may use WinBuddy freely. You can edit or delete your picks, stories, and testimonials at any time within the app. Thank-you donations and testimonials are always optional and never affect app functionality or lottery results. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at sweetreceiptapp@gmail.com.
Data Retention
We retain your account information and saved content for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, contact us at sweetreceiptapp@gmail.com and we will process your request in accordance with applicable law.
Children's Privacy
WinBuddy is an entertainment companion for lottery play and is not directed to, or intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
