WinBuddy, including its name, logo, design, code, Magic Train engine, Number Lab analytics, Magic Bin system, Buddy personality, text, graphics, and all associated content, is owned by WinBuddy and protected by United States and international copyright and intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.
What You May Not Do
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, publish, sell, license, rent, lease, lend, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from WinBuddy or any portion of it without our prior written permission. You may not use the WinBuddy name, logo, or branding without our consent. Scraping, automated extraction, or republishing of our prediction data, draw analysis, or Buddy content is strictly prohibited.
What You May Do
You may use WinBuddy for your own personal, non-commercial lottery companion experience — generating picks, saving them to your Magic Bin, checking results, sharing your own win stories, and enjoying Buddy's encouragement. You may share your own picks and stories publicly, but you may not represent WinBuddy's content as your own.
User-Submitted Content
When you submit win stories, testimonials, or comments to WinBuddy, you retain ownership of your content but grant WinBuddy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and share that content within the app — such as in the Winners Party feed and testimonial carousel. You may delete your submitted content at any time through the app or by contacting us.
Third-Party Content
Lottery results, draw data, and game names referenced in WinBuddy belong to their respective lottery operators and rights holders. WinBuddy is an independent companion app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any lottery organization. Third-party trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

This Copyright Notice is governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. WinBuddy is operated as a Louisiana-based service. We may update this notice from time to time, and we will post any changes here with a revised "Last updated" date.
