Agreement to Terms
This End User License Agreement ("EULA", "Agreement") is a binding contract between you ("you", "user") and WinBuddy ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the WinBuddy web application and all associated features, including the Magic Train, Number Lab, Magic Bin, Winners Party, and Buddy assistant. By creating an account or using WinBuddy, you agree to the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use WinBuddy for your personal, non-commercial lottery companion purposes. This license is personal to you and may not be shared, sold, or transferred. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise make WinBuddy available to third parties.
Eligibility & Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use WinBuddy. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that you are legally able to enter into this Agreement. WinBuddy is a free, purely analytical and educational lottery companion — it does not facilitate gambling or the sale of lottery tickets.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use WinBuddy only for lawful purposes. You may not: (1) use the app to violate any law; (2) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app; (3) interfere with or disrupt the service; (4) scrape, reverse engineer, or republish our content; (5) use automated bots or scripts to abuse the prediction or pick features; (6) share your account credentials; or (7) use the app for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
Free Service & No Guarantees
WinBuddy is 100% free — no fees, no subscriptions, no in-app purchases. Predictions, picks, and Buddy's messages are for entertainment purposes only and do not guarantee any lottery outcome. Thank-you donations (Honor Drops) are completely optional and never affect app functionality, features, or lottery results. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice.
Intellectual Property
WinBuddy, including its name, logo, code, design, Buddy personality, and all content, is our intellectual property and is protected by copyright and other laws. You retain ownership of the picks, stories, and testimonials you submit, but grant us a license to display them within the app. See our Copyright Notice for details.
Disclaimer of Warranties
WinBuddy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that predictions will be accurate. Lottery outcomes are random and cannot be predicted with certainty. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WinBuddy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including any reliance on predictions or picks. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months — which, given the app is free, is zero.
Termination
You may stop using WinBuddy and delete your account at any time by contacting us at sweetreceiptapp@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. Upon termination, this EULA ends, but provisions that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will remain in effect.
Louisiana Law & Jurisdiction
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from this Agreement or your use of WinBuddy shall be resolved in the courts located in Louisiana. We may update this EULA from time to time, and we will post any changes here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
